I think they're a great idea. The only problem I've had with the one you gave me last year was that I like the pretty flower right behind the ear, but the bobby pin method of attachment doesn't lend itself easily to staying behind my ear. It's too much with the grain of the hair. It stays beautifully when I stick it into, say, a ponytail or any other place that I might stick an ordinary bobby pin. But I like it. It's the best way I've found so far of putting a pretty flower in my hair.
